3) What Transportation Will We Use on the Tour?
We’ll travel by Sprinter van and metal boats with reclining seats. The boats have roofs for sun and rain protection, and life jackets are provided. In rainy weather, long plastic covers are used to offer extra protection.
4) What Is the Climate Like in Manu National Park?
Manu National Park has a warm, humid climate year-round, with temperatures ranging from 20°C to 40°C (68°F to 104°F). The rainy season runs from December to March, while April to November is drier, though rain can still occur at any time.

No, for safety reasons, you should always follow your guide along the marked trails. Exploring the jungle without guidance can be dangerous, as it’s easy to get lost or encounter unexpected wildlife.

In southern Peru, diseases such as yellow fever, malaria, and leishmaniasis have been reported. However, no cases of tropical diseases have been reported by tourists visiting Manu. Yes, Manu National Park is open year-round. However, the best time to visit is between April and November when the weather is drier and ideal for exploration.

Yes, we provide purified drinking water throughout the tour. You will need to bring your own water for the first day, and after that, we will supply purified water for the rest of the trip. Don’t forget to bring your reusable water bottle to help minimize waste.

Yes, all lodges provide mosquito nets to ensure a comfortable and bug-free stay. The nets are installed over beds to offer protection during the night, allowing you to sleep peacefully.

It’s not strictly necessary, but it’s recommended. To fully enjoy the experience in Manu, you should be comfortable walking a few kilometers along trails. This will allow you to fully appreciate the park’s nature and wildlife.
