We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at 5:30 a.m. to begin our exciting journey into the jungle. Our first stop will be Ninamarka, where we’ll explore an enigmatic pre-Inca archaeological site, full of mystery and history.
We’ll then head toward the colonial town of Paucartambo, where we’ll stop to enjoy a delicious local breakfast. Just 30 minutes from there, we’ll arrive at the entrance to Manu National Park. We’ll begin our descent along the Amazonian road, keeping our eyes open for the amazing wildlife of the region: toucans, quetzals, monkeys, and more.
In the afternoon, we’ll experience one of the day’s highlights: visiting the Cock-of-the-Rock lek, where we’ll observe Peru’s national bird performing its spectacular courtship ritual from a respectful distance at a viewing platform.
Finally, we’ll head to our cozy lodge, Royal Rainforest Lodge, where a tasty dinner will be waiting for us.

We’ll begin the day with a visit to a lush Hummingbird Garden, where dazzling species flutter among flowers and fruit trees, alongside tanagers, barbets, and curious monkeys.
Later, we’ll cruise downriver for two hours, immersed in jungle views and sounds. Our next stop: natural hot springs, a hidden oasis where you can soak in thermal waters surrounded by rainforest.
At sunset, we’ll arrive at Dorado Lodge. After dinner, join our night excursion to search for jungle creatures like frogs, tarantulas, owls, and snakes.
